  • Children who use the existing beds will not be extra charged
  • Car not necessary, 15 minutes walk to the nearest railway station.

  • Check-out between 8 am and 11 am

  • Sorry, no pets due to the non allergic room.

    • A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required on the day of arrival for damages. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

    Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid at reservation. We will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, your booking is secured.

    * Please note that the electricity and gas fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.

    * When left really filthy, there is an additional cleaning needed : 60 euro
